Time lost on data entry
Re-reading a CV, copying degrees, experience and teaching: hours that add nothing to the academic decision.
For higher education institutions and training organisations
Your institution’s academic catalogue, at last properly structured.
Turn the CVs of your faculty and visiting lecturers into clear records that quality, HR and academic leadership can actually use — upload them one by one or in bulk, without hours of manual re-reading.
The picture
Between accreditations, audits and contract renewals, teams juggle scattered files. Trajecta recentres what matters: a living catalogue of your faculty.
Re-reading a CV, copying degrees, experience and teaching: hours that add nothing to the academic decision.
When an audit or accreditation looms, a document, a date or a publication is always missing. The scramble begins.
Who teaches what? What qualification level? What professional experience? Without a shared catalogue, each department rebuilds its own picture.
What Trajecta brings
Not a sprawling platform. A solution dedicated to the faculty catalogue: clear for your teams, useful for your quality work.
Upload one CV or a whole batch: each document becomes a readable file — identity, degrees, programmes, teaching and professional background — ready to use.
Find a profile quickly by discipline, experience or file status. Export what you need for an audit.
Classify profiles against your evaluation and accreditation frameworks. Spot missing evidence before the deadline.
Automate ratio calculations for your accreditation work. Faculty qualification, teaching coverage, consolidated indicators ahead of the peer-review visit — from the same catalogue, with no parallel spreadsheet.
Invite each person to complete their own file. Fewer reminders, information that stays current.
Trajecta cross-checks several public catalogues and suggests matches for you to confirm: publications, journals, rankings for the period that matters to you.
Frameworks, questions, periods: the tool adapts to your institution. Linking it to your information systems is optional — we discuss it only if it helps.
Accreditations
Trajecta aligns with international and national higher-education standards. The faculty catalogue becomes a base to document, classify and calculate — without rebuilding everything for each audit.
Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business
Institutional accreditation for business schools, originating in the United States. It looks at strategy, faculty quality — including qualification ratios (SA, PA, SP, IP) — student learning and continuous improvement, with periodic peer review.
European Foundation for Management Development
The European organisation of record for excellence in management education. It carries several labels (including EQUIS) and reviews both schools and programmes, with particular attention to internationalisation and the link to practice.
EFMD Quality Improvement System
EFMD’s flagship institutional accreditation. Ten standards cover governance, programmes, faculty, research, internationalisation, ethics and engagement with business, among others.
Business Graduates Association
School-level accreditation, associated with AMBA and centred on impact. The school defines indicators tracked over time (including responsible-development goals) and reports them to its stakeholders.
Association of MBAs
Programme accreditation (MBA, master’s in management, DBA), rather than the school as a whole. It assesses the curriculum, faculty and graduate employability — often combined with AACSB and EQUIS (the triple crown).
Haut Conseil de l’évaluation de la recherche et de l’enseignement supérieur
France’s independent public authority for the evaluation of research and higher education. It assesses institutions, programmes and research, publishes reports and informs dialogue with the State — the national framework every school in France needs to be able to document.
Overview
From depositing CVs — one by one or in bulk — to a structured record, through to the publications file: a clear interface, designed for quality teams and academic leadership.
How it works
From the first demonstration to everyday use, the path stays simple — for your teams and for your faculty.
Your teams upload one CV or a batch of files. Trajecta extracts structured records, ready to be checked and enriched.
The faculty member receives a link to confirm their information and answer the questions that matter for your quality process.
Filter, export, track file status. You have a shared, reliable view for academic leadership.
Made to measure
Trajecta is not a frozen off-the-shelf product. We configure it for your institution, and we only add an integration if it genuinely serves you.
Disciplines, departments, quality questions, accreditation periods: the catalogue follows your practices, not the other way round.
A link to your information system, directory, exports: we look at it with you. It is not a prerequisite — many institutions start simply, then go further.
Deployment, training, evolution: a nearby contact, at your institution’s pace. Publication matches remain for your teams to confirm.
Trust & sovereignty
Trajecta is built for institutions subject to GDPR. Hosting in France, proportionate processing, a clear view of who does what.
