This site stays intentionally light on data: no ads, no third-party pixels.
Controller
Contact-form requests are received by EchoDoc’s publisher, via the contact email configured on the server.
Data collected
Contact form: name, email, organisation (optional), message. Purpose: reply to your request. Retention: for the commercial follow-up period, then deletion or limited archiving.
Minimal audience measure: server log of page views (path, date, device class, external referrer, daily hashed IP). Language-preference cookie only. No Google Analytics or advertising tools.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest (replying to requests and understanding interest in the service) and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps at your request.
Hosting
Infrastructure planned on OVHcloud, in France. No voluntary transfer of these logs to marketing tools outside the EU.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure of form data by writing via the contact page. You may also contact your supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL in France).
